AGM October 3rd

Dear Owners

Children are back to school, and some trees are beginning to lose their leaves. The Autumn season is upon us! Not unwelcome after the tremendous heat waves that we have experienced this year.

We are also going back to school, in a way. I am looking forward to meet you all at our AGM, to be held on October the 3rd at the Golf Club at 9:30 am. Remember, it is important to attend, as we will be discussing matters of interest to the whole Community that will affect all of us. If you are unable to attend, it could be a good idea to delegate your vote to a trusted neighbor; you need only send an e-mail to the Administration at calahonda@gestoriabravo.es.

After the AGM we will get-together for a free lunch and a lot of amicable small-talk. You will enjoy it, for sure!

Renovation of the gardens

Hello dear friends!

As you all know, we have experienced a significant drought episode in 2024. Due to this situation, we were unable to complete the main garden (block 1-2-3) renovation program we had planned. However, thanks to the invaluable help of our gardeners, we have been able to work and prepare the soil for the future.

Starting this March, and given the recent rainfall, it is very likely that the restrictions will be relaxed. This is excellent news that will allow us to fill our garden with flowers once again. The first delivery of plants will take place during the first week of April.

I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this time. Now it's time to enjoy the garden!
