Pool Rules
Pool Rules are not arbitrary. They are meant to ensure Safety for all (and especially children), and to maintain a pleasant, clean and enjoyable environment. We kindly ask everybody to respect them.
Here is a brief Summary:
- SAFETY
- Keep the access fence closed at all times. Never block them open. Legal consequences may be dire in case of accident, and your personal responsibility may be engaged.
- Do not tamper with the Safety equipment.
- Do not take glass bottles or other potentially hazardous objects within the pool area.

- CLEANLINESS
- Don’t leave any rubbish behind you
- Use the shower before entering the pool.
- Keep the toilets clean after using them.
- CLEANLINESS
- TRANQUILLITY & RESPECT
- No Loud music (use headphones)
- No Lilos or sunbeds into the water
- No hanging wet towels from the terraces and balconies if they can be seen from outside
- No ball games (applies to pools and gardens)
- RULES APPLYING TO THE SUNBEDS
The Sunbeds are a facility provided by the Community to the Residents under the following conditions:
- The number of beds that can be simultaneously used by any given resident is limited to two or four (depending on the size). The right to use the beds materializes by the remittance of an electronic card which allows to unlock the beds from a stack.
- During high season it may happen that the beds are unlocked in order to make it easier for the residents to use them. This facility is conditioned on the users respecting the following rules:
- Not moving the beds which must remain orderly under the shades
- Not using more beds than they have cards
- Not reserving the beds while they are away by leaving their personal objects on them
