If I want to buy a new awning, what color can it be?
"Awnings, as all facade elements, must comply with the color code of the Community. They must be ochre (for the right shade you may consult the Administration)"

Can I paint the outdoor walls? Maybe in a different color?
"The outdoor walls are maintained and painted by the Community. You must refrain from altering them in any way (painting, adding fixtures or advertisisng d, etc.)"

I have an outdoor faucet that is dripping, who should repair/replace it?
"The faucets on your terrace are within your home and should be maintained by yourself."

Who is responsible for ensuring that the drain on the balcony is cleaned and in order?
"The drains on the balcony are under the responsibility of the Community, and in case of obstruction you must contact the maintenance team. However you must be aware that it is also the owner's responsibility to keep them clean and operational. Specifically, the owners must avoid to plant heavy plants and trees outside the provided plant containers. If these rules are not respected, the owner may be held responsible for the cleaning of the drain."

I would like to replace the tiles on my balcony, are there any color selection requirements?
"Tiles, as all facade elements, must comply with the color code of the Community. They must be ochre (for the right shade you may consult the Administration)".

We need craftsmen, what times can they work?
"All work will be carried out during Monday to Friday only, between the hours of 9:00 to 18:00. No work to be carried out on any Public Holiday either".

How do I apply to the municipality for a building permit?
"Building permits: when you start home works, the contractor is normally responsible for applying for the necessary permits at the Town Hall.
