Altos Entry System

The entry system (gates and car entrances) for Altos was installed in 2020, and the rules of Altos are a follow: (which was also communicated and agreed to at the AGM in October 2018) as well as in INFO. No. 20.

The number of allocated remote controls and key fobs for owners of apartments

will be as follows:

2 remote controls for each apartment owner.

3 key fobs for the 2-bedroom apartments and

4 for the 3-bedroom apartments.

For owners of garage spaces only:

1 remote control and 1 key fob

In case of lost items, the cost of a replacement remote will be 45 euros

The cost of a replacement fob will be 10 Euros

If you have a need for additional remotes and/or fobs, you need to request that from the President or vice-president of Altos, who will decide if you can buy additional.

It is important to stress, that we have spent nearly 28.000,00 Euros on a new entry system in order to make our property more secure.
