Home renovation
We would like to remind you that, according to our community regulations, homeowners who wish to carry out renovations in their homes must request permission from the Administration before starting any work (see section on the forms). This measure aims to ensure several things:
That the neighbor who wants to carry out the work has the necessary authorizations from the municipality when applicable.
That no work will be carried out that alters the structure or exterior appearance of the building or common areas.
In addition to these obligations, several recommendations are made:
Use registered and insured service companies or professionals (this is very important to safeguard the neighbor's responsibility if there are problems or risks). Communicate their identity to our staff and to the Administration, so they can be traceable in case of problems, and also to normalize their presence within our complex.
Respect working hours.
Kindly inform your neighbors and apologize for any inconvenience.
We want to emphasize that these rules are not intended to restrict the freedom to make renovations. On the contrary, they are beneficial for the community, which is thus kept in good condition.
