WHAT YOU CAN DO:
Use Registered and insured Contractors only and declare their Name to the Administration and our Staff.
Point out unusual activity to the What’s app Group or Staff. If in serious doubt, call the Police.
Learn how to use the fire extinguishers and the Defibrillators (more on that) Take action if you see unaccompanied children by the Pools
AND ALSO, WHEN ABSENT:
Put-on a connected alarm. Leave your keys & contact phone number with a trusted neighbour. Close the internal faucets of your home. Ask the staff to hold your mail and avoid any obvious sign of absence (dried plants, completely closed curtains, etc)
RELY ON YOUR CONTACT NETWORK:
Report suspicious activity, everyday little problems, friendly remarks, etc on our what’s app group.
Inform Maintenance Staff (+34 697 64 83 54) of any leaks, bulbs, broken things, stains, dirt etc.
