SUNBED CARDS

The sun bed locks was changed and new more rigid cards are in place since 2020, and the administration of the cards are done at the office of our Administrator.
The cards need to be signed for by owners with photographic proof of ID.
Failing this, owners will need to provide written authorization for anyone collecting cards on their behalf.
A system for owners to be able to access additional cards for visitors is in operation.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FORCE THE LOCKS AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE MECHANISM.
THE COST OF A NEW LOCK IS 110 EUROS and will be charged to the person damaging the lock.

Visitors cards - Procedure

The Guest Cards 1-20 are kept with Bravo and issued under the following guidelines,

1).  Guest cards are only available to owners with photographic proof of ID. Rental agents and tenants are not included in this trial.

2).  Refundable deposits of €100 per card must be left as a deposit and can be collected from the office of Bravo during their normal working hours.  Cards must be signed for on collection and return. There is no after hours or weekend service available.

3).  Guest cards can be issued for a maximum of 14 days.  Owners that exceed this limit may face the possibility of being excluded from the trial.

4).  In the event of a card not being returned the deposit will be non-refundable and the owner will be excluded.

5).  Damaged cards ?  If returned whole no charge, if half is stuck in the sun bed lock then a charge of €50 or €100 will be made to retrieve the card and repair the lock.

6).  Any owner found abusing the scheme will be excluded.

7).  In the case of a complaint, the decision of The President or Vice President is final.
